We are often asked whether it is better to lease or pay cash. Of course, everyone looks at money differently, so it can be a confusing question. We had one customer who said, "I like to own things that go up in value, and rent things that go down". Needless to say, they are now a leasing customer. Another customer's perspective was that leasing was "off-balance-sheet financing", referring to the fact that you have use of the equipment, without having to place an asset and offsetting liability on the books.

Copier rentals can be an effective way to handle "end-of-lease" situations, where there is a gap between old equipment being picked up and new equipment being delivered. We can also provide short-term rentals for peak periods, such as tax time or pre-trial copy volume increases.
ABC Office Equipment can offer rentals for anything from a few hours up to 36 months. All of our rentals come with delivery, installation, connectivity and training, and we offer copiers, printers, fax machines and dictation equipment.
